SCTA sponsors fabulous bicycle training sessions. From spin sessions to outdoor training, you will work hard and have fun!

Spin

Harsh weather will never keep you off your bike, for we have spin classes! Taught by Coach Dave Liotta or Coach Terri Schneider, these are literally killer workouts that are not to be missed.

Bring your own bike trainer or borrow one from the club.

Outdoor Bike Training

Spin class is not the only time to work on technique. Dave and Terri continue with indispensible outdoor workouts. These are not just "bike rides", they are focused sessions that offer a fun, energetic and secure way to try out new techniques specific to triahtlon racing.

Watch your eblast- sometimes they add a Run for "brick" training!
